Bread for July 19

I don't have a lot of time today to mix many varieties. I'll have Country French, semolina, and sprouted grain. I might try to do a raisin loaf but cannot promise that. Fabien will be helping tomorrow so we should have some surprises, probably some savory pastries of some kind, and plenty of sweets. See you tomorrow on Main Street from 5-7 PM!
