Bread for June 7

This week I will have the Country French, a few loaves of organic light rye, probably some semolina, and if I can reach my friend Wolfgang early enough, some of the rosemary-polenta. I will most likely have some baguettes, too.

I will likely have chocolate croissants. I am still experimenting a little with the croissant recipe, mostly with different flours. I followed the advice of a very famous baker in San Francisco on some flour but decided the croissants were too tough for my taste, so am still tinkering around with the blend.

I should also have cookies and one or two other things.

Don't forget the Farmer's Market starts this weekend, from 10-12 each Saturday morning in the Dotty's parking lot!

See you Thursday from 5-7 on Main Street!
