Bread for April 26

Goodness, already Tuesday. I promised golden-raisin and oat this week, so we will have that. The organic variety will be the sprouted grain. This is not strictly organic, but the grains are grown and milled here in the Scott Valley without pesticides or herbicides; you can learn more about them at runningrabbitmills.com. I will also have Country French and a few loaves of the semolina.

I'll have some cookies, but probably fewer tartlets this week.
