Bread for Thursday, March 29

This week we will have the Country French, seeded sourdough, semolina, golden raisin with oat, and organic British Farmhouse batards. I may have one or two of the large Country French miche for those of you with family gatherings this weekend. I had hoped to make a few traditional Easter sweets, but I am unusually pinched for time this week so I cannot make any promises. I will have cookies and fresh pasta at least, and a few of the banana cakes.
