Bread for February 8

I will the Country French and a walnut sourdough round; I will also have the semolina in a sandwich style, along with an organic sourdough with pumpkin seeds, also in a sandwich style.

I will have knackebrot (crisp rye crackers) and fresh pasta.

I'll have the banana bread again, along with the usual sweet tarts, a cheesecake, the flourless chocolate cake, a couple varieties of cookies, and probably some kind of savory tart or quiche.
