Bread for February 1

This week I will have the semolina, Country French, an organic deli rye, and golden raisin and oat. I have been away all week so will not have pasta or knackebrod, but I will have several tarts, at least a few of the lemon cream tarts, some cookies, and possibly a quiche or two. I'll probably make the cheesecake again -- I got blueberries on the way home -- and if I can scare up some ripe bananas, the banana bread. I am also going to shoot for at least one of the Zwiebelkuchen (German onion-caraway tart).
