Bread for December 21

This week Gracie and I will have Country French, Golden Raisin with Oats, Cranberry Walnut, and Semolina in the sandwich loaf style. If I have the time I will make a few loaves of organic rye as well, also in the sandwich loaf style.

The Cranberry Walnut will be mostly organic: the flours and cranberries are certified organic; the walnuts are from Haag Family Farms, which you can read about at http://www.walnuts.us/. They are unsprayed, but not certified.

We will also have a small number of the lemon tartlets, chocolate-chip cookies, vanilla shortbread cookies, and probably ginger cookies. We should also have a few of the banana breads/cakes (these will keep until Christmas morning, wrapped and in the fridge) and a selection of other sweets. Probably at least some chocolate cake and a tart of some kind.

See you on Thursday from 5-7 PM on Main Street!
