As last year, I will have bread and pastries for sale on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and no sales on Thanksgiving itself. Thanksgiving falls on the 23rd this year, so I will be open 5-7 on the 22nd. After that I will back to the normal schedule.
This Thursday, I will have the Country French, Golden Raisin and Oat, Seeded, Semolina, and organic Rye with Caraway. I still have lemons left, so I will have the French Lemon Cream tartlets, chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal-pecan cookies, hopefully the banana breads, and also I should have at least some of the rye crackers. Probably a few chocolate croissants and maybe a couple of plain ones, since many have asked for those.
