Bread for Thursday, September 21 and Yes! I will be there Saturday after all!

A persistent rumor, started by me, is going the rounds that I will not be at the Saturday Farmer's Market. It's wrong!! I will be there! Please tell your friends. I had my schedule wrong, owing to a combination of extreme sleep deprivation and (let's face it) incompetent calendaring.

So please come by on Saturday and get a croissant or brioche sticky bun, if that is your fancy!

As for Thursday, I will have the cranberry-walnut, possibly a walnut only sourdough, the organic British Farmhouse, and Country French. I'm shooting for some cookies, too, although I haven't got the variety figured out yet. I hope to have a few baguettes as well.

Once the Farmer's Market ends I will begin offering more tarts and other delectables on Thursdays.

See you Thursday from 5-7 PM on Main Street!
