I am running out of supplies but will be going to Ashland and Medford this week to stock up again. I think I have enough for Country French, Raisin-Walnut, and probably British Farmhouse in organic. I may make the Buckwheat sourdough in organic as well, although that one is really tricky with the organic flour I use.
I won't be at the Farmer's Market on Saturday, so for the rest of the year it is just Thursdays. Some have asked me to continue my Saturday morning sales of croissants and other pastries, which I might do if I can sort out some of the details. But, it's a lot of work, and I am uncertain if I would have the customers, particularly once it starts raining and snowing!
I will definitely start having more to offer on Thursdays though in the way of tarts and savories. I hope to increase those offerings quite a bit this year. I am almost at the one-year mark of the Main Street bread stand, and am so grateful that it has been successful. Thank you for your support!
