Bread for August 31

I have been playing around with a slightly different formula of the traditional French pain au levain, or "Country French sourdough." If I get it right, I will bring a few loaves. Otherwise I will have my normal Country French, probably a cranberry-walnut batard, and a semolina sandwich loaf. I should have one or two varieties of cookies, too.
