Sourdough is a challenge in this heat, particularly the smaller batches which heat up more quickly. I am hoping it will cool down soon!
This week I should have the seeded sourdough in a sandwich loaf, caraway rye sourdough, and Country French. I should have cookies as well, and perhaps some kind of savory. But the heat may defeat me there.
