Bread for August 24

My goodness! August almost over! I am still waiting for the plums on my tree to ripen for plum galettes.

I will have the seeded sourdough in a sandwich loaf, a golden raisin and oat batard, the Country French, and just a few loaves of organic rye.

See you on Main Street, Thursday, from 5-7 PM!
