Bread for July 27

This week I hope to have some more peach galettes -- if you want one, come early or, if you are a subscriber, reserve one.  They'll be warm at 5:00 PM.

As for bread, I am shooting for the polenta-rosemary, the golden raisin and oat, and Country French. My Thursday sales have dropped considerably in the past month so I won't have a lot of any variety. (The Saturday market is more than making up for this, thank goodness). If you are a subscriber and want to be assured of more than your single loaf, it's best to contact me and let me know.
