Bread for July 20

It looks like I will have Country French, a rye sandwich loaf, and a raisin-walnut batard. I may also end up with something with pumpkin seeds, but that's an off-chance. With only a little bit of luck, I will have peach galettes made from the organic peaches from Hunter Orchards in Gazelle. If you are a subscriber and want one, be sure to reserve it as I will not have many.

Don't forget, if you want pastries or sweets I usually have a pretty good selection at the Etna Farmer's Market on Saturdays from 10-noon. Although, I do run out of some items pretty quickly, so again, come early. I am trying to bring more product to this market but the timing is hard and I struggle to get up much earlier than 3:00.

Oh and P.S., I got the vanilla! Thanks to valued customer S., who wasn't exactly going to Costco but was going to Medford, and offered to make the supply run for me.
