Bread for June 8

I am a little rushed this week. I will have Country French, caraway rye in a sandwich loaf, the golden-raisin and oat batard, and probably a straight semolina sourdough boule. If you want cookies, come early or, if you are a subscriber, reserve some. I should have chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin at least.

I will also be at the Etna Farmer's Market on Saturday from 10-noon. It's going to be a tight schedule for me but I should at least have baguettes, hopefully a few varieties of scones, and some cookies. I will try to get some puff pastry made on Friday for baking early Saturday morning but I am not sure I will be able to. My schedule will begin to lighten up next week and I hope to have more variety for the rest of the summer.
