Bread for June 1

This week I will have Country French, seeded sourdough, golden-raisin and oat, and probably a few of a potato loaf. Many people are familiar with using potato water in breads, but this potato loaf actually incorporates roasted potatoes.

I'll have two or three cookies as well. See you on Main Street, from 5-7 PM!
