This week I will have a lot of pasta, and cookies too, after all the long faces last week.
For bread I will have both caraway and plain sourdough rye in sandwich loaves, and, also in a sandwich loaf, the seeded sourdough. If I get the time I may make the fig-hazelnut again this week, but in a sandwich-style.
If I get my whole-wheat delivery tomorrow, I will have whole wheat sourdough rounds. I will also have sourdough walnut rounds, and I am going to try to make a few of the polenta rounds if I can find some rosemary. And, of course, Country French.
I'll have knackebrot, too.
