Bread for Thursday, March 16

This weather! At last, a little taste of what is to come. I am extremely excited not to be selling bread in the dark any more, now that the time has changed.

It looks as if I will have the seeded sourdough, light rye, golden raisin and oat, whole wheat, and the Country French. I'll have the chocolate and the chocolate chip cookies, and if I get time, maybe some peanut butter cookies.  Also pasta!

The buckwheat has defeated me two weeks in a row now. I have made starter for it, so will try again.
