Bread for Thursday, Nov. 10

I suspect people's attention is elsewhere this evening, but anyway, for next Thursday I will have Country French, some form of rye, and probably a free-formed whole-wheat with toasted pumpkin seeds.

I have not decided what kind of sandwich loaf I will make, but there will be one.

  2. Hello Kellie, The sandwich loaf will be a rye with toasted flax, sunflower, and sesame seeds. The free-formed pumpkin-seed loaf will probably be more white flour than whole wheat. As always, you can substitute Country French if those don't appeal to you. I have reserved a pasta for you.

  4. I am glad to hear you liked it! I do mean to keep making that one, although probably in small numbers. It's expensive to make and I don't want to end up with any left over.
