Bread for Thursday, October 20

This Thursday I plan to have my Country French sourdough boule, Caraway Rye sourdough batard, and a whole-wheat sourdough batard made with local whole wheat from the Scott Valley's own Running Rabbit Mills. I may also have just a few loaves of Buckwheat Sourdough and a seeded sourdough with toasted pumpkin, sunflower, and flax seeds.

I am looking for a good local source of tart apples -- if you have some I can pick or buy from you, please let me know!

My plums are gone now, so that's it for the year for plum galettes.
